For many years, Mid-Cape’s mission has been to reach beyond ourselves into the local community and show support for local causes. This includes those on the front lines fighting to protect and serve.
For the past two years, Mid-Cape has hosted the First Responder Appreciation Day, a family fun event from which all proceeds have been donated directly to the Sean M. Gannon Memorial Fund of The Cape Cod Foundation. Sergeant Sean M. Gannon, like so many men and women, was a brave defender of justice and gave his life for the cause.
We want to thank all the men and women who so bravely risk their lives to protect and serve the vulnerable in the everyday fight for justice. As a token of our appreciation, and to raise awareness for the cause of supporting local first responders, we have wrapped a truck based out of our Falmouth location.
