“How do I schedule an appointment with a Mid-Cape Kitchen & Bath Designer?”

To begin working with a Mid-Cape Kitchen & Bath Designer, you may request to schedule an appointment. Click here and fill out the form that says “Schedule a Design Appointment Today!”

“How do I open an account at Mid-Cape?”

To open a cash account or line of credit, select one option below, complete the application, and send to credit@midcape.net.

“Does Mid-Cape offer delivery? What is the cost for delivery?”

Yes, we offer delivery here at Mid-Cape! The cost is dependent on many factors. When, or before, placing your order with a Mid-Cape team member, they will be able to tell you how much delivery will cost. If you are a Mid-Cape account holder, there is no cost for delivery.

“How do I submit an order?”

To submit an order request, click here. Once your order request is submitted, a Mid-Cape team member will contact you once they begin to complete your order.

“How do I request a quote?”

There are multiple ways you can request a quote. You can visit our eShowroom, search for the product, and request a quote there. Additionally, each product page has an option to fill out a form to request a quote. In both cases, a Mid-Cape team member will contact you once your quote has been processed.

“Can I involve Mid-Cape Home Centers in my charitable event or request a donation?”

Here at Mid-Cape Home Centers, local community support and involvement is very important to us and we appreciate you considering us as a sponsor or donor for your charitable cause. To complete our Donation Request Form, click here. Donation requests are reviewed quarterly.

“Can I purchase a Mid-Cape Home Centers gift card over the phone or online?”

You cannot purchase a gift card online. However, a customer service representative at any of our locations can complete the purchase of a gift card over the phone. To call one of our locations, visit our Locations & Hours page.

“Do you offer window and door installation services?”

Mid-Cape Home Centers does not offer window and door installation services. However, we can help you find the right contractor for your project. Visit our Find A Contractor page.
