“How do I open an account?”
Very simple! Fill out an application and send to firstname.lastname@example.org, or drop off to one of our locations. For the cash account application, click here or for the line of credit application, click here.
“Can I pay my balance online?”
No, but you can pay over the phone by calling us at 508-760-4443, dropping off your payment at any Mid-Cape location, or mailing it in to our offices in South Dennis.
“How do I view my invoices online?”
You can view all invoices on your account through the Contractor Login. To access, click here.
“How do I add an authorized user to my account?”
You can add an authorized user to your account through the Contractor Login here. This can be done through the “Signer’s Request Form” once you have logged into your account.
“How do I update the address, phone number, or other information on my account?”
You can update contact information by logging into your account here and submitting the changes through the “Contact Us” form.
