What led you to a career with Mid-Cape? I was new to the Cape, but not the industry. Mid-Cape came highly recommended by my neighbors.
Describe Mid-Cape in three words: Experience, Teamwork, Responsibility
What is your biggest accomplishment at Mid-Cape so far? Working my way through the company to become an OSR. I started in hardware in Orleans mixing paint and putting hardware away.
What is something working at Mid-Cape has taught you? Teamwork and communication really are important to not only our customers but to our entire process. Whether it just be quoting a project or delivering materials. We are all the face of Mid-Cape.
So far, what has been your favorite memory at Mid-Cape? My favorite memory would have to be our trip to Atlantic City for a vendor visit.
What does the Mid-Cape Experience mean to you? We make an impact in the community around us, and the way our industry is perceived by contractors and homeowners. I hear continually from our customers that we set the standard that our competition is trying to catch up to. It’s something I’m proud to be a part of.
What’s the greatest bit of advice a Mid-Cape team member has ever given you? To actively listen to what people have to say, take responsibility for your actions, and to treat every sale as if this were your own company, not just one that you work for.
What is one important skill every person should have? It’s hard to pick just one…. but problem solving would be at the top of the list.
What is one of the things on your bucket list? To travel more often. Europe would be the top of the bucket list as far as that goes.
