What is your role at Mid-Cape? Talent Development Manager

What led you to a career with Mid-Cape? I have been involved in the Lumber and Building Materials Industry for more than 20 years, and it all started here at Mid-Cape Home Centers in 1998! I came on board at Mid-Cape to assist with a Y2K systems conversion, providing IT support and software training. I became involved in contractor and architect education initiatives and spent many years leading the Marketing team here, and then at another company on Cape. A few months ago I was given an opportunity to re-join the Mid-Cape family, and I am so happy I did! I look forward to putting my experience to good use developing training, development and employee engagement initiatives.
