What led you to a career with Mid-Cape? I came from within the industry and Mid-Cape has a stellar reputation among their customers. I am thrilled to have joined the team.
Describe Mid-Cape in three words: Quality, teamwork, service-orientated
What is your biggest accomplishment at Mid-Cape so far? Surviving nearly a year! Truthfully, I’d say finding my way and fitting in with the company (and maybe the customers who have come with me or started a new partnership with Mid-Cape).
What is something working at Mid-Cape has taught you? That I am lucky to work among a really smart group of people, everyone here has a lot of experience & knowledge and I’m fortunate to have such a team to lean on.
So far, what has been your favorite memory at Mid-Cape? Every event I’ve taken part in has been great; it’s very hard to pick just one (kudos to our marketing department). The trip to the Simpson door plant in Washington was fantastic.
What does the Mid-Cape Experience mean to you? Creating a comfortable, trustworthy, and consistent environment that’s easy to navigate for our customers.
What’s the greatest bit of advice a Mid-Cape team member has ever given you? Do what you say you’re going to do
What is one important skill every person should have? Perseverance, being able to get through the tough calls/tough days.
What is one of the things on your bucket list? I don’t really have a bucket list, I’m more of a live-in-the-moment kind of guy. I guess I just look forward to watching my kids grow up, and I hope the 2nd half is as much fun as the 1st!
