What led you to a career with Mid-Cape? I had worked with Brian Raneo at another company, and he said it was a great place to work.
Describe Mid-Cape in three words: Community, satisfaction, knowledge
What is your biggest accomplishment at Mid-Cape so far? I reached almost $750,000 in sales last year, and am hoping to do a million soon. Since this was a new position when I started, I feel that is a good accomplishment.
What is something working at Mid-Cape has taught you? Signing up for as many training classes as are offered will give you the confidence to provide the best customer service.
So far, what has been your favorite memory at Mid-Cape? Traveling with some great people to the Marvin Factory in Minnesota.
What does the Mid-Cape Experience mean to you? The product knowledge that I have gained is immeasurable. Friends & family even recognize my knowledge. It gives satisfaction.
What’s the greatest bit of advice a Mid-Cape team member has ever given you? Customers recognize when you are honest, and have the knowledge to help them. They will return with their future projects.
What is one important skill every person should have? Being able to interact patiently with all types of customers.
What is one of the things on your bucket list? I want to go visit the Alps in Switzerland. I will be traveling there this fall.
