What led you to a career with Mid-Cape? Quite honestly, I needed a job and had been in the construction industry before moving to Cape Cod. Seemed like the perfect fit.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Mid-Cape so far? Working my way from the hardware floor in South Dennis to where I am now.
What is something working at Mid-Cape has taught you? Listening, people appreciate when you genuinely listen to their concerns.
So far, what has been your favorite memory at Mid-Cape? I don’t have a single favorite memory at Mid-Cape. The conversations I have with customers and contractors that don’t have to do with work are my favorites. Anyone can sell you a 2×4, what makes a difference is when that same person can ask how your kids are doing or about the cabin in Maine. It’s building relationships with customers that not only include business but go that little extra I enjoy.
What does the Mid-Cape Experience mean to you? Honesty and integrity, the only way to be successful.
What’s the greatest bit of advice a Mid-Cape team member has ever given you? Know your people.
What is one important skill every person should have? Drive…never settle for the status quo.
What is one of the things on your bucket list? Go to Germany to see where I’m from and then onto Italy to see my wife Holley’s family home.
