What led you to a career with Mid-Cape? I was working in another lumber yard for a few years and had heard it was a good place to work and decided to make the switch.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Mid-Cape so far? I think my biggest accomplishment is just the amount I’ve been able to learn since being here.
What is something working at Mid-Cape has taught you? There’s always someone who can help you and if you don’t know an answer theres always a way to find one.
So far, what has been your favorite memory at Mid-Cape? My favorite memory was probably being a part of the inventory count for Wood Lumber. It gave me a lot more product knowledge as well as more hands on experience with spruce while getting to know people better while just starting out with the company.
What does the Mid-Cape Experience mean to you? Learning- A place to gain as much knowledge as you can and grow.
What’s the greatest bit of advice a Mid-Cape team member has ever given you? You aren’t going to know everything right off the bat and to ask for help when you need it.
What is one important skill every person should have? The ability to listen fully and communicate effectively.
What is one of the things on your bucket list? It would probably to see the northern lights or to swim in Mosquito bay in the bioluminescence at night.
