What is your role at Mid-Cape? Hardware Buyer
What led you to a career with Mid-Cape? I was looking for a large employer on Cape Cod and found Mid-Cape having longevity of years of service with their employees. The relationships and atmosphere between co-workers, builders, retail customers and our vendor partners has proven that I made the right decision from restaurant management to hardlines product management.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Mid-Cape so far? Ongoing product knowledge with constant manufacturer changes and staying up to date with new building practices.
What is something working at Mid-Cape has taught you? Being a problem solver and working toward a well thought out solution.
So far, what has been your favorite memory at Mid-Cape? Contacting the NE Patriot cheerleaders and laying out security measures for their appearances at our contractor appreciation events
What does the Mid-Cape Experience mean to you? Being very passionate about the product categories that I maintain, I was glad Mid-Cape invested more into product knowledge training and developing employees in all phases of their personal growth within the company.
What’s the greatest bit of advice a Mid-Cape team member has ever given you? Understand products and their features that allow you to present their benefits accurately and persuasively.
What is one important skill every person should have? Hearing
What is one of the things on your bucket list? Taking the entire family on a tropical vacation during the winter.
