What is your role at Mid-Cape? Outside Sales

What led you to a career with Mid-Cape? Prior to working at Mid-Cape I had been working with Caesarstone as the Director of National Sales for the commercial division. Due to the intense travel schedule and seeing/hearing about the culture change at Mid-Cape I reached out to Dale and was lucky enough to land a position here.

Describe Mid-Cape in three words: Dedicated – Professional – Team orientated

What is your biggest accomplishment at Mid-Cape so far? Being back on the road cold calling and developing new business for our team.

What is something working at Mid-Cape has taught you? Hard work, follow up/through and professionalism will always be the groundwork for success in sales.

So far, what has been your favorite memory at Mid-Cape? My first week in orientation, knowing that I had made the right decision for my career and my family.

What does the Mid-Cape Experience mean to you? A partnership with Mid-Cape will allow the client peace of mind knowing they have added a team of professionals in their corner.

What’s the greatest bit of advice a Mid-Cape team member has ever given you? Be the best person you can be- family first, work second- and it will all work itself out in the end.

What is one important skill every person should have? Positive attitude.

What is one of the things on your bucket list? Funny thing is I really don’t have a bucket list, I can only hope that my children grow up happy, healthy and find love and success. If that happens than maybe at that point I can start writing one out for myself.
