Pop-Up Vaccination Clinic

Come get the single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine at Mid-Cape Home Centers in South Dennis. Choose between Tuesday, May 18th and Tuesday, May 25th from 5 to 8pm.
This is free of charge and available for those 18+ years of age.
Pre-registration is required. Pre-registration deadlines: May 14th for the clinic on the 18th, May 21st for the clinic on the 25th.
